$90.00

Rev. David Songy, O.F.M.Cap., S.T.D., Psy.D., discusses how an integrated feedback session and written report can help vocation and formation directors support a candidate throughout the discernment and formation experience.

Product Description

Overview

The SLI candidate assessment experience culminates in an oral feedback session and includes a detailed written report for the candidate and the vocation director. This comprehensive, data-driven report reflects the intersection of psychological strengths and vulnerabilities in addition to the candidate’s emotional, relational and spiritual capacity for success in priesthood or religious life.

Rev. David Songy, O.F.M.Cap., S.T.D., Psy.D., a licensed psychologist, trained spiritual director and former seminary formator, discusses how an integrated feedback session and written report can provide a roadmap for vocation and formation directors for accompanying and effectively supporting a candidate throughout the discernment and formation experience.

This is the third presentation in a three-part training series.
