1/2 Day or Multi Day Workshop
Presented by Saint Luke Institute experts. Customizable for your group’s needs. Download the full brochure (pdf).
The Internet is a powerful tool for connecting people and information in positive ways. Its use also can lead to harmful and destructive behaviors. Internet pornography has exploded into a destructive force impacting marriages, the workplace and even those ministering in the Church.
We understand the challenges facing clergy, religious, Church leaders, parish and diocesan staffs, and parents. Learn the why to the how, prevention, spotting the “red flags,” treatment and response, plus education, legal and workplace considerations. Participants have an opportunity to consult informally with our expert presenters.
Walking into the Light first was presented to the U.S. bishops, and since has been presented to thousands of clergy, religious, diocesan staffs and parents across North America and in the United Kingdom.
We offer a variety of modules, each 60 minutes in length. Our presenters work with you to select the format that fits your audience and timeframe, from a half-day meeting to a multi-day convocation.
Tom Krapu, Ph.D., explores how a “coach approach” to pastoral leadership supports effective, fulfilling ministry.
Nancy A. Kluge, Ph.D., LCPC, explores the warning signs of behavioral addictions and offers practical treatment and prevention strategies.
Ann Garrido, D.Min., offers strategies for managing conflict in a way that bears witness to our deepest Christian beliefs.
Rev. Msgr. Stephen J. Rossetti, D.Min., Ph.D., combines clinical insights and pastoral experience to help confessors provide healing and assistance to those seeking freedom from Internet pornography use.
