Maria Kereshi, Psy.D., explores the impact of stress on our physical and emotional health. Stressors can be chronic or situational, and they can affect all aspects of our lives and ministries. Learning to regulate our emotional responses to stress in healthy ways can increase positive life and ministry experiences, improve interpersonal relationships, and increase confidence.
This presentation highlights the different types of stressors and their impact on emotions, and offers concrete strategies for maintaining emotional stability.
