Grief impacts us all, at different times and in unexpected ways. The only choice we have as we experience grief is how we respond to it. In this unusual time of collective and individual grief in our society, Emily Cash, Psy.D., offers skills for engaging the grieving process in a healthy way.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

  1. Explore the stages of grieving and their accompanying symptoms and challenges;
  2. Identify practical self-care skills for weathering grief; and
  3. Learn strategies for finding meaning and personal and spiritual growth in the grieving process.

Who Should Participate

Priests, deacons, men and women religious, lay ministers, and those involved in vocations, formation, or clergy and ministry personnel needs.
